2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Orders and Quotations

• All shirt orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Quotations provided by IZARO EXPRESS are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
• Custom shirt orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as specified during consultation.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other mutually agreed methods.
• A 50% advance payment is required for custom/bulk shirt orders, with the balance payable before dispatch.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery timelines for shirt orders are provided at the time of order confirmation.
• We ship shirts across India using reliable logistics partners.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated before order confirmation.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• We take great care in quality control for all our shirts, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-made shirts cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement for stock items. Custom shirt orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

7. Warranty and Liability

• We warrant that our shirts are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• For bulk shirt orders, our warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information you provide to us will be used solely for order processing, communication, and improving our services. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of IZARO EXPRESS and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law
